1.) Entrenador personal-the personal trainer is responsible for creating a 10-day fitness plan for the assigned teenager.  The fitness plan must include a variety of different activities (not just in the gym) that also incorporate the climate and culture of his/her native country.  The fitness plan must be written completely in Spanish with formal commands.

2.) Nutricionista-The nutritionist is responsible for creating a 10-day balanced diet (in Spanish) that consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner.  You will have to do a little research to see what the typical foods are in his/her country.  Remember to keep it healthy!

 

3.) Experto de salud-The health expert is responsible for creating an extensive yet fun questionnaire in Spanish.  The questionnaire must include both nutrition and fitness information and must be relevant to the teenagers native country.
