<div class="edit"> The Valley View School District offers a variety of options for students identified as gifted learners. At the elementary, intermediate, and middle school levels, the Gifted support staff works with the regular education teachers to design a variety of activities in the gifted students’ area(s) of strength.&nbsp; These students also receive differentiated instruction in the form of pull-out that goes beyond what is provided in the regular classroom in the areas of communication, critical thinking, research, and problem solving. At the secondary level, gifted students may participate in dual enrollment courses at area universities, advanced placement classes, and/or honors courses.
