Here you will find copies of public meeting agenda and minutes of past meetings. The agenda are posted as they become available prior to the date of the meeting. Due to last minute changes, sometimes you might not find the meeting minutes until the day of or day prior to the meeting. Posted minutes are not official until they are approved by the Board of Directors. Prior meetings are posted to this site after they have been approved - this is usually done during the monthly business meeting of the Board.
